Products for sale
BYOC seat tickets for the Overclock LAN event are available for purchase. A BYOC seat ticket entitles one person to attend the event with their own computer. The ticket includes entry to the venue as well as a desk space, chair, power, and network connection for the duration of the event.
The location of a BYOC seat is not binding, so we may relocate seats if necessary.
Prices and currency
A BYOC seat ticket costs €30.00 per participant. All prices are shown in euros (EUR). The price includes VAT and any other applicable charges. The price is always clearly shown on our website before payment.
Payment methods
Tickets can be paid for securely in our online shop. The most common payment methods are supported, including Finnish online bank payments, credit and debit cards, and mobile payments. You can pay with a Visa or MasterCard card, online banking credentials, or the MobilePay app, for example. All payments are processed through a trusted payment service provider over a secure connection.
Delivery method
Tickets are delivered electronically. Once payment has been confirmed, an electronic ticket (PDF e-ticket) is sent to the email address you provided. You can print the ticket or show it from your mobile device at the event entrance. Delivery is usually immediate after payment, but please also check your spam folder if the ticket email does not arrive within a few minutes.
Cancellation and refund policy
Purchases of Overclock LAN event tickets are binding. Because the event is a leisure service provided on a specific date, the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act does not apply to purchased tickets. As a rule, purchased tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged for another event.
If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Any transfer of a ticket to another person must be notified to the organiser by email in advance so that we can update the participant details.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser or rescheduled, the customer will be offered either a refund of the ticket price or the option to use the ticket on a later announced date. In such cases Scene ry will contact customers without delay and provide instructions for refunds or ticket transfers.
Complaints guidance
If any problems arise in purchasing a ticket or in running the event, or if you are dissatisfied with the service you received, please contact the organiser without delay. You can submit a complaint by emailing hallitus@scene.fi or by calling 0440 411200. Please describe the issue as precisely as possible so that we can help effectively. We aim to handle all complaints quickly and to find solutions together with the customer.
If we cannot resolve the matter to your satisfaction, the customer has the right to refer the matter to consumer advisory services. As a last resort the customer may also contact the Consumer Disputes Board.
Privacy
Customer personal data is handled confidentially and protected appropriately. We collect only the data necessary for ticket purchase and event attendance (such as name, contact details and any special requirements), and use it only for order processing, payment and event-related purposes. Personal data is not shared with third parties without a legal obligation or the customer's consent. Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the above purposes and in accordance with applicable law. Scene ry complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy legislation to safeguard customers' privacy.
