Info about the Overclock event for parents and anyone interested

Overclock is an all-ages, substance-free, accessible and safe event for every player! 


What are LANs and LAN gaming?

LANs, i.e. online gaming events, are a traditional cultural event where young people get to socialise and spend time together with other young people interested in video games.

 

Where and when?

The event takes place on 18–21 September 2026 at the Juhannuskukkula sports hall.

The event officially begins at 10:00 on Saturday and ends on Monday at 11:00.

Doors open on Friday evening (13 Feb) for overnight guests and those who want to help with setup.

 

Safety and rules

The event has trained security personnel and first aid on site around the clock.

The event is completely substance-free and child-friendly. Detailed rules can be found in our here.

Theft and vandalism are rare at LAN events, but to ensure safety we carry out security checks at the event when needed and a paid coat check is also available for valuables.

 

Nukkuminen

Overnight stays are possible at the event. The area is supervised by staff and help is quickly available if needed - our staff is aina are available nearby. Please take care of your own belongings and be mindful of other overnight guests. Quiet hours apply in the sleeping area. Power outlets are available.
